A new Sonic game has been announced this week which seems to be related to Sonic Heroes, in terms of style. Not much has been revealed in the short trailer that was released. However, in it Sonic is seen to be running alongside new creatures named Wisps. The story is based on Dr Robotnik’s latest scheme, which revolves around an amusement park orbiting planet Earth. the good doctor seems to have captured the magical creature and so it is up to Sonic to save them in his latest adventure.
The game will combine both 2D and 3D elements to create and experience that should be fun for both new and old school players.Sonic will also get new abilities with each character rescued. The game seems like a continuation of the storybook series. It will be out in late 2010 for the Nintendo Wii and Nintendo DS.
