New Platinum Games title revealed to be Vanquish

The week has ended and with it came the announcement of Platinum Games’s new title called Vanquish. The trailer seems to be purely based on a CGI movie with no actual gameplay demonstrated.

It starts off by giving a glimpse of what will probably be the main here walking about. It then introduces what may be the focus of the story when a city is hit a strong explosion. What is truly impressive is the realism accomplished on the characters shown on screen. It feels almost too human like to see the facial expressions on what may be the President of the United States within the game. With such a stunning start to this new Ip it will be interesting to see how Platinum games take it from here.
