Resident Evil : Revelations on 3DS new screens and info

After Nintendo’s reveal of the new Nintendo 3DS handheld, it was also shown that a lot of top publishers like CAPCOM was backing it up. One of the new titles revealed for it was a Resident Evil title with the codename of Revelations.

Sonic Colours info speeds by E3

It would not be a proper E3 without SEGa showing off a new Sonic game and so it decided to do so with Sonic Colour. This recently announced title focuses on Sonic’s journey to rescue a bunch of magical creatures. As the name suggests these creatures have different colours and powers associated to each one.

A launch for such an intergalactic game as Super Mario Galaxy 2 was always going to impress. This time Nintendo and GAME went all out with plenty of goodie bags, dazzling displays and even the voice of Mario himself Mr Charles Martinet.

Ivy the kiwi announced by rising star

Although Mr Yuji Naka has already been a part of releasing new games through Pope such as Let’s Tap, here comes a project that is reminiscent of his early days. Being published by Rising Star, Ivy the Kiwi looks set to be another quirky title.

Special invitation to the intergalactic launch of Super Mario Galaxy 2

It took a few years but the sequel to the marvellous Super Mario Galaxy 2 is nearly out. To celebrate that Nintendo and GAME have teamed up for a special launch party. The event will start from 11pm on Thursday 10th June 2010. As always the friendly Mr Charles Martinet, who does the voiceovers for Mario and other characters, will be there to greet fans and sign copies of the game. The first 50 people to line up dressed as Mario will also get a goodie bag.

The event will be in GAME’s Oxford Street branch and as already mentioned will start at 11pm. If anyone is going feel free to leave a comment bellow.

Batman : The brave and the bold first trailer

Ancient puzzle action Jewel Master: Cradle of Egypt DS release date announced

There is never enough puzzle games and with that in mind Rising Star is publishing another one with an Egyptian theme. A sequel to previous entry in the series, it gives puzzle addicts a new take on the genre, by combining it with ancient Egyptian mythology.

No More Heroes 2 : Desperate Struggle review

It is hard to find a gory game which has not had to be toned down in order to be released in certain regions. With that in mind, it is refreshing to see companies such as Rising Star, still publishing games that incorporate that risk factor. While the first “No More Heroes” ended up being published by another company, it was Rising Star that grabbed the reigns for releasing the sequel in European territory. With “No More Heroes 2”, Grasshopper Manufacture has changed its strategy and presents a game that is more accessible to a wider audience. Should anti hero Travis Touchtown have come out of retirement, or would it have been better to just call it a day?
